Description:The contract includes planning, coordinating, conducting and documenting Public Meetings for District Five's in-house design projects. It also includes organization and coordination of overall Public Involvement activities for large scale projects broken into separate segments being designed by multiple design consultant teams. Additional scope items include the development of Community Awareness Plans, press releases, advertisements, notification letters, newsletters, fact sheets, project websites, and database management for citizen input and mail-outs.
