Description:Osceola County selected THE LPA GROUP INCORPORATED (LPA) along with HDR and RS&H to provide professional program management services for a wide range of roadway construction projects. Services to be provided will include solicitation, selection, and hiring by the Program Manager for various engineering and architectural design projects through construction, as well as technical, managerial, administrative and related services that are typically associated with roadway construction. LPA shall support all County roadway work with their resources by providing qualified technical and professional personnel to perform the duties and responsibilities as assigned. LPA will be responsible for the day-to-day activity of the roadway construction program, and will provide professional staff at the County Administration Building. Presently, the County’s Program consists of full construction of the current Capital Improvement Program (roadway) with the potential of construction of an additional 224 lane-miles within the next five (5) years. LPA will be responsible for management of design, permitting, bidding and construction, and for financial monitoring of individual projects as well as monitoring the overall Program, to include but not be limited to: project cash flow modeling of projects during development, design and construction; assistance with multiple funding account management; assistance with pay request review and approval; and related financial management services and reporting as needed.
