THE LPA GROUP INCORPORATED's Construction Management Team offers inspection, coordination, and review services for airport, highway, and bridge projects throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Our professionals coordinate testing and review materials, shop drawings, construction quantities, and payments to contractors; and, design and coordinate construction changes as the project unfolds. Additional services include ongoing project schedule reviews, monitoring the use of available funds, and preparing financial summaries and required project closeout documentation. LPA's Construction Management Team works closely with clients to fulfill their vision and to ensure that their construction needs are met. The Firm's reputation for technical expertise, creative problem solving, good communications, and attention to detail has resulted in repeat projects with our airport and roadway clients. Our construction management group has participated in and taken the lead on programs ranging from $2 to $750 million dollars.
